IMPORTANT INFORMATION
MANAGEMENT PRACTICES
The acres you will be hunting have been managed very well for many years. Mounts and Memories hunters are required to harvest a minimum 130 inch deer. We will have a limit on how many hunters we allow each week to provide a low pressure quality hunt for our clients. Mounts and Memories will also have a target number of does to be harvested each year. Once that number is reached, hunting a doe will not be permitted. Our management practices are in place to strive to be one of the best outfitters for our hunters.
STAND LOCATIONS
All stands are located in places that have provided successful and fruitful hunts in the past, and that's where we wanted to hunt from after all our years of scouting and hunting experience. All trails will be well maintained for your guidance to the stand. Our stands consist of one permanent stand, ladder single and double stands, and grand blinds are available for your use if desired.
ADDITIONAL FACTS
- We will have trail cameras at every hunting location througout the year. We have all pictures stored on our home computer and will post them on the website as well.
- Most processing, taxidermy, fees and shipping costs are the responsibility of the hunter.
- We will provide an orientation session the day you arrive.
- Deer transportation will be provided if assistance is needed.
- Deer tracking must be completed with a guide.
CONDITIONS & REGULATIONS
- $500 deposit for hunt is due within 10 days after booking your hunt.
- Remaining balance is due upon arrival (if you haven't paid through Paypal), or an earlier date if you desire.
- Your hunt will not be assured until the deposit is received.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- You will need an Illinois hunting license, habitat stamp, and an archery deer permit. Any license and fees are the responsibility of the hunter.
- NO ATVs allowed.
- All hunters must provide their own approved safety harness.
- Hunt prize is for one trophy buck...taking a trophy buck is not guaranteed.
- Doe can be harvested with management approval.
- Mounts and Memories Hunting enforces a 130 inch minimum or a fine of $500.
- All hunters are required to comply with IDNR regulations.
- Mounts and Memories Hunting reserves the right to terminate the hunt of any hunter for not complying with IDNR or the above stated rules and regulations.
- No tree stands allowed, as we have plenty in prime locations.
